Overview

The Marketing Excellence Program Manager will be instrumental in shaping and driving our marketing analytics across the EMEA region, focusing on our Training Services Partners. This role demands a blend of analytical prowess, marketing acumen, and exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

·         Partner Profiling and Best Practices: Develop comprehensive profiles for EMEA Training Services Partners to assess their marketing and online capabilities. Identify and implement best practices in marketing within the region.

·         Marketing Execution and Support: Evaluate Marketing campaign results & proof Of execution objectives.

·         Reporting and Analysis: Oversee monthly, mid-year, and year-end reporting processes. Manage marketing event and web trackers, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. Act as the primary contact and project manager for ongoing reports and content deadlines.

·         Adaptive Project Management: Demonstrate flexibility and eagerness to undertake additional responsibilities and projects during peak business periods.

·         Budget and Calendar Management: Maintain a comprehensive budget file and schedule for Learning Partner Marketing spending. Develop and monitor a marketing activity calendar for all EMEA Training Services Partners.

·         Performance Tracking and ROI Optimization: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) across the region and partners. Analyze and optimize the performance of marketing campaigns and promotions to maximize ROI.

·         Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of competitors’ activities in the region, providing

strategic advice to adjust marketing programs effectively

·         Supporting marketing Communications: Provide support in crafting and delivering clear, impactful marketing communications. This includes developing content for various channels, ensuring message consistency, and engaging effectively with partners and stakeholders.

·         Communication Skills: Strong proficiency in English, both verbal and written. Knowledge of French, Spanish, or German is a plus.

Requirements

·         Professional Expertise: Must be an expert in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI, with a focus on data analysis and presentation.

·         Agency and Vendor Management: Proven experience in managing agencies and vendors to deliver impactful business results in a dynamic environment.

·         Field Marketing Knowledge: Deep understanding of Field Marketing execution models, including campaign management, budgeting, and digital marketing channels.

Preferred Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analysis or a related field.

·         Relevant certifications in marketing or project management.
