Overview
As a Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful delivery of contracted results within a service delivery HUB. You will lead and manage a high functioning inside sales team, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Your role encompasses strategic planning, mentorship, team development, and collaboration with stakeholders to drive exceptional performance and exceed business objectives.
Responsibilities

Team Leadership and Management:
- Build, motivate, and mentor a high-performing inside sales team through the Area Sales Management Layer.
- Oversee the operations of the dedicated site, analyzing results and implementing corrective action plans for sustained success.
- Lead and coach Sales Managers to achieve monthly, quarterly, and long-term sales targets, goals, and ROI expectations.
- Implement and manage changes aligned with global directions to achieve project goals.

Performance Analysis and Improvement:
- Drive weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
- Accurately assess risks and identify exceptional performance plans in collaboration with senior management.
- Drive operational excellence by monitoring key center metrics such as response rates, conversions, pipeline velocity, and accuracy.

Career Development and Talent Management:
- Support Sales Managers in conducting meaningful career development discussions and ensure the creation of development plans for team members.
- Assess team capabilities and build talent pipelines as needed.

Coaching and Strategic Guidance:
- Spend time coaching and observing the Sales Manager team to enhance field revenue accountability, customer engagement, and overall performance.
- Provide strategic guidance to Sales Managers to exceed external and internal commitments.

Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to align on strategies, objectives, and execution plans.
- Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with C-level executives and business decision-makers, initiating and driving meaningful business strategy discussions.
Requirements

Experience and Education:
- 4+ years of technology-related sales or business development experience.
- 2+ years of program management experience with a proven track record of successfully leading teams of 8 or more. Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools is preferred.

Leadership and Communication:
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal (English) communication abilities. Proficient in coaching teams to drive sales over phone, email, video, and modern demonstration tools.
- Superior leadership skills, capable of motivating high performers and guiding under-performers to improve.

Strategic Thinking and Industry Knowledge:
- Confidence and experience in initiating and driving business strategy discussions with C-level executives and industry decision-makers.
- Ability to identify key aspects of potential opportunities, nurture them to closure, engage channel partners, and manage customer relationships through success.

Industry Acumen and Adaptability:
- General knowledge of the IT industry, with the ability to quickly learn and retain knowledge about systems, processes, products, and services.
- Comfortable working in a diverse team and thriving in a dynamic and changing environment.

Performance-Driven and Technologically Proficient:
- Achievement and success-driven personality, motivated by performance rewards for exceeding annual sales goals through strategic sales leadership and cross-business collaboration.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite applications. Knowledge of Dynamics CRM or other CRM systems is a bonus.

Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is required.
