Athear is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top technical talent to support our company's growth and success. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to offer acceptance, while ensuring compliance with all recruitment documentation and processes.
Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top technical talent.
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial interviews and assessments to assess candidates' technical skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for specific roles.
Manage the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate assessments, conducting reference checks, and extending job offers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies, procedures, and documentation requirements, including job descriptions, offer letters, and background checks.
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data, track recruitment metrics, and generate reports to analyze recruitment effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Stay informed of industry trends, best practices, and changes in recruitment regulations to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes.
Collaborate with HR team members on various projects and initiatives to support the overall talent acquisition strategy and enhance the employer brand.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruitment.
Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
Proven track record of success in sourcing and hiring top technical talent, with experience in developing and executing recruitment strategies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), Microsoft Office suite, and other HR software tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Knowledge of recruitment regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices.
